SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship internationally to over 100 countries around the world. If you cannot find your country on the checkout page, it means this country cannot be delivered for an uncontrollable reason.
Delivery Time (The Time You Can Receive Your Order)
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-3 business days) + Shipping Time
All Allbizia items are made-to-order. Due to the particularity of our jewelry, the quality of each product must be inspected manually and packaged one by one before shipping. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Processing Time
General Orders: Processing time differs from product to product. Generally, it is about 2-3 business days. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email notifying you of the tracking details and projected delivery date.
Engraving or Customized Orders: Usually the processing time may take an additional 1-3 working days.
Shipping Time
Option 1. FREE Economic Shipping (10-15 Working days)
We provide super saver free economic shipping for all orders. Although it takes a longer time to delivery, it is free.
Option 2. Standard Shipping (7-10 Working days)
It takes about 7-10 working days to delivery for $19.8 to the United States. For your convenience, you can get FREE if your order over $70 ( for America customers) and free over $150 (for other customers). You can choose the shipping method during checkout.
Option 3. Expedited Shipping (3-8 Working days)
We offer expedited shipping for customers who are in a harry.
Note:
- Expected delivery time is calculated by the working days that not included weekend (because the shippers may take a weekend break in some cities.)
- Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping can't ship to P.O. BOX or Military addresses.
- All costs incurred by the customs are borne by the customer.
- Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Allbizia cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Allbizia will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
Track Your Order
After we send out your order, an automatic shipment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you have used to place your order. In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel.
So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email in 5 days, you can just send us an email to service@allbizia.com asking for the shipment information.

1. Allbizia is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
2. We do not accept P.O. BOX or APO address, logistics companies refuse to deliver, and your order is easily lost.

Order Status:
• Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
• Complete: complete means we have sent the jewelry but not means the customer has received the dress.
