We offer an easy, hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Will I get full refund for my return?
We will offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude return shipping fee, insurance fee, and non-returnable items).
Note: The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Which items cannot be returned for refund?
The following are Non-Refundable Items:
- Clearance items are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
- Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
- Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
** Supplementary Terms**
Some customers may choose wrong ring size, for that case, we can re-send one but customer need pay for 50% of product money and shipping fee, we charge the other half of product fee.
How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 3 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued either in the original payment method or via store credit as you requested. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
I still haven't gotten the refund in card. What is status of my refund?
Refund to credit card, the whole process may take 3-20 business days as your card bank needs to process the refund to you.
Here at Allbizia, we could refund to your card account in 72 hours. But your card bank needs 10-30 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.
