Returns & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our goal. But online shopping always exists some risks. Therefore, we promise to accept customer's return and exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please ensure you use a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package. 

Without email notification to customer service or if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.

To be eligible for a return: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving, then you can return any unused products that are not customized for a refund (excluding shipping cost, insurance fee & handling fee, if any). Returned items must be new, unused and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned products. Customized products (including customized size, engraved, customized color), final sale items, coupon discount and virtual products (e.g. gift cards) cannot be returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Note: If there is a specific policy applied to a specific product, then please follow that specific policy.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer service (service@allbizia.com) within 30 days of receiving your order to request returns. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service.
2. Once our customer service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please return the products within 3-5 business days. Please note we won't pay any tax or customs fee if it occurs.
3. We will check it within 2 business days after receiving your returned product. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for your money to be returned to your account.
4. If you request an exchange, we will ship the new products soon after we check the returned product. 

Note: Products returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed for refunds and will be shipped back to you.

** Supplementary Terms** ( Bonus for VIP Customers)
Some customers may choose wrong size, for that case, we provide two options for the re-send size:

Option 1: After we receive your returned item, then we re-send you a new size. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will get a 40% discount bonus for the re-send product form us. 

Option 2: Re-send without return. We will re-send you immediately. You will get a 20% discount bonus for the re-send product form us. 

***With option 1 and option 2, you will be responsible for the re-send shipping cost. If customizing service for the re-send item is applicable, the customizing cost is not for discountable.  Please contact service@allbizia.com to get the payment link for the re-send item. 

 

Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel the order within 12 hours after the order is completed, please contact our customer service email in time. Your order can be cancelled free of charge.

2. If your order has been more than 12 hours and we have packed your order, we will charge a 10% packing fee.

3. If your order has been more than 24 hours and your order has been sent out, we refuse to cancel the order.


Refunds (if applicable)

1. Once we accept your return request, please return the products to our company at the address provided by customer service. We receive the item and check it. Please be assured that the refund will normally be completed within 7 working days. Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us.

2. If you still have not received a refund, please check your account number or contact your credit card bank account. It may take several business days for your credit card account to announce your refund details.

3. If you’ve done all of this above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us in time. Our email address is service@allbizia.com(if applicable).

Shipping for Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).
